1. Payment Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

By purchasing any program or membership, you acknowledge and agree that all fees paid are final. Program materials, resources, and support are provided immediately upon purchase.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases involving documented medical emergencies or other extraordinary situations, requests may be submitted for review at our sole discretion. All such requests are subject to review and approval is not guaranteed.

To submit a request for review, email dalia@daliasdetox.com with:

• Your full name and email used for signup
• Date of purchase
• Detailed explanation of circumstances
• Any supporting documentation

2. Cancellation of Recurring Memberships

For ongoing monthly memberships, you may cancel future billing by contacting us:

1. Email us: Send a cancellation request to dalia@daliasdetox.com
2. Include: Your full name and email address used for signup
3. Confirmation: You will receive confirmation within 2-3 business days

Note: Cancellation stops future charges only. Payments already made are non-refundable. Please cancel at least 3 days before your next billing date.

3. Program Transfers & Pauses

• No transfers: Programs cannot be transferred to another person
• Pause requests: Subject to review and approval on a case-by-case basis

4. Free Membership

Our free membership tier is completely free and can be cancelled at any time by contacting us or simply discontinuing use.

5. Support

If you are experiencing issues with your program, please contact us. We are committed to your success and will work with you to address concerns and help you get the most out of your membership.

6. Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us directly may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all program access.
